We remember Pauline Hannemann

We have received word that Pauline Hannemann has died.  Pauline was the wife of our former pastor, August “Auggie” Hannemann.  Pastor Hannemann served as our pastor from January 1957 to August 1967, and he survives.

Here are the times of this visitation and funeral for Pauline:

A visitation will be held 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 20, 2018, St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Elgin, with a Celebration of Pauline’s Life beginning at 10:30 a.m.

St. Peter’s Lutheran Church is located at:  401 East 8th Street; Elgin, TX 78621

Graveside Services will follow at 4:00 p.m. in the Greenwood Cemetery, Fredericksburg, TX

The Hannemanns have kept connected to their friends at MLLC.  Over the years they have attended an occasional funeral in memory of various MLLC members.  Pastor Hannemann has called the church office over the years to share memories, to encourage the MLLC staff, and to check in about his family and the MLLC family.  They have received the MLLC newsletter for many years.
