Annual Meeting – January 14, 2024

Just a friendly reminder…

This Sunday, January 14, 2024, is the regularly scheduled congregational meeting of Martin Luther Lutheran Church of Carmine, Texas.  Worship is at 10 a.m.  The meeting will follow at approximately 11 a.m.

Voting members – confirmed members of MLLC who have been active (this means: the individual has received communion of record at MLLC and given a donation of record to MLLC) in 2023 and/or 2024 – are asked to participate.

At this meeting there are several normal items of business for the voting members to address.  Among this are:

2024 Budget

Church Council and other elected positions

Shared Ministry Contract with Waldeck Evangelical Lutheran Church – they will be voting on this same contact on the same day.

Additionally, we will be receive the reports of the various ministry areas and groups of the congregation.

You are encouraged to be in prayer for faithful discernment and Holy Spirit led action as we move into the new year together.
